Founded in 1995, G.F. Dobson & Company LLC was positioned to fit a particular niche in the company management market, the aim was to fill the needs of smaller insurance companies, both operating and in runoff, a management that would have full regard for the good name of the owner. In this task we have proven to be successful in bringing to the Boards of smaller insurance companies the quality of service hoped for, yet rarely found. As the State approved manager, G.F. Dobson & Company is responsible for all activities of the insurers from premium collection to claims adjustments and payments. This also includes the production and submission of all Annual and Quarterly Statements, State filings and the fiduciary duties required of a Manager for the funds under its keeping. G.F. Doson & Company may undertake the investment of certain funds, for insurance companies, within strict agreed guidlines, or, as agreed, conduct a oversight of outside institutions performing these tasks. To handle these responsibilities a skilled team of underwriting, claims and accounting staff are employed. The business, whether in operation or runoff, benefits from a group of professionals who work together to guard the assets and the good name of the company. Behind these professionals are experienced technical personnel with in house computer facilites which enable G.F. Dobson & Company to process and manage the affairs of the companies correctly and at a very reasonable cost. The undertaking is to free the clients senior management from overseeing the cogs and wheels of the business, consuming energy which should be devoted to future growth. G.F.
