DocSoft began in August of 1999 as an XML Publishing company. In July of 2002 DocSoft was purchased by Phillip C. Miller of Long Wave Inc, a government contracting firm.Currently Element comes in two flavors, a software application suitable for installing into your existing hardware, or an appliance custom tailored to maximize the power of element.Although headquarters are in Texas, the majority of programmers / developers are located in "Bricktown", an area of downtown Oklahoma City, OK.
