A caster of Ping Golf Clubs, Dolphin Incorporated also supplies investment castings to many different industries. Aerospace, petrochemical, medical, valve pump, metering, military, railroad, fiberglass insulation, as well as others, have all benefited from Dolphin’s casting expertise. Dolphin Incorporated casts a variety of alloys. Aluminum, Titanium, Stainless Steels, Hi Silicon, Bronze, Cobalt, and exotic alloys are just an example of the alloys we cast. Dolphin’s state of the art facility incorporates the lost wax investment casting process. We use robotics, prototype equipment, in house non-destructive testing, heat treat, casting assist equipment, wax assembly automation equipment, as well as a sound preventive maintenance plan to keep our shop floor operating at optimum capacity.
