Thomas McAllister is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dominium Development & Acquisition, LLC and Dominium Management Services, LLC. Mr. McAllister oversees the accounting, finance, tax, risk management and insurance functions of Dominium and its affiliates and assists in overall business strategy. Prior to joining Dominium in 2003, Mr. McAllister was an independent consultant providing tax expertise to organizations including Lawson Software and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU).

Today, Dominium’s portfolio is comprised mainly of affordable Section 42 and Section 8 properties as well as a large portion of market rate and senior properties. Dominium is very proud of the variety of rental home communities we own and manage. Dominium is a Minneapolis-based owner, developer and manager of multi-family properties with more than 21,000 owned and/or managed units at 197 sites in 19 states. Dominium has been providing development, property management and consulting services since 1972.

Maintain buildings and surrounding ground and maintain a pleasant atmosphere with residents. Must have experience in areas of plumbing, painting, electrical, grounds keeping and cleaning. Must be able to work the first and last days of the month for turnover of residents.
