Jennie Gaskill, PTA graduated Suma Cum Laude from Carroll Community College with an A.A.S / Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 1999. She joined the Domser and Plummer staff in 2004 with experience in stroke and cardiac rehab care, as well as orthopedics. She is trained in Vestibular Rehabilitation and skilled in manual therapy techniques. Jennie holds various leadership positions in her church and is involved in local outreach programs including Good News Jail and Prison Ministry and Safe Haven Homeless Shelter.

Cheryl Costin, PTA, graduated with honors from Carroll Community College in 2000 with an Associates Degree of Applied Science. She joined Domser and Plummer in 2002. Cheryl is assisting with the Ergomed Pre-Employment screens. She enjoys working with all Orthopedic injuries. Out of the office, she enjoys weight lifting, gardening and shopping. Cheryl resides in Mt. Airy with her husband and son. Julie “Jules” Hannah , P.T, DPT. Is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Kathy Stirn , PTA, graduated from UMBC in 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts in Health Administration and Policy. She continued her education graduating from Carroll Community College in 2011 with an Associates Degree of Applied Science. Kathy completed the Maryland State Board requirements earning her Physical Therapist Assistant license. She joined Domser and Plummer Physical Therapy in 2012. She brings to our practice eight years of outpatient experience working previously as a PT tech.

Domser & Plummer Physical Therapy has been serving Carroll County for 31 years. We are the longest operating physical therapist owned practice in Carroll County. Owned and operated by Patricia Domser P.T. C.H.T. and Julie Plummer P.T. , we strive to provide exceptional one on one care for all of your Rehabilitation needs. Our 4 office locations are conveniently located. We offer private treatment rooms and gym areas in each clinic location. In addition to Physical Therapy, our practice also provides Speech and Occupational Therapies.

One of the most valuable tools of our trade are our hands. All of our Therapists have years of experience in orthopedics and can provide manual techniques (joint mobilization and Myofascial Release) to improve function. Patients under our care will be given home exercises to do daily. Success in Physical Therapy relies heavily on patient compliance and a positive attitude.
