Donan Engineering Co., Inc. was founded in 1947 by John G. Donan, Sr., a registered professional engineer and land surveyor, as a civil and mining engineering firm. Throughout our history, we gradually began conducting more and more investigative engineering, which later became known as Forensic Engineering.In 1999, with approximately 20 employees in four offices throughout Indiana and Kentucky, we made the decision to focus all of our efforts on this exciting industry. Since that time, Donan Engineering has grown to become a richly diverse, well-recognized citizen throughout the central U.S., with over 60 employees operating from 13 offices in six states.Today we specialize in offering unbiased expert opinions as to the origin and cause of failures, accidents, fires, explosions, or other forms of loss. We provide these services with in-house expertise that is unequalled in our industry.
