Jill Szynski-Serino is the librarian at Donovan Hatem LLP and is responsible for all library functions within the firm. She has been a professional librarian since 1984 when she graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a Master of Library Science Degree. With over twenty years experience in the field, she has worked in various public and law libraries in a variety of positions. Her experience includes working as a community outreach librarian, public relations, reference, serials, and other library functions in small to large law firm libraries.

The Government Relations practice at Donovan Hatem LLP assists clients in their varied relationships and interactions with public entities that range from the federal government to local boards and commissions, with particular emphasis on public procurement and contracting and the acquisition of government licenses, permits or other approvals. We provide public clients with legal advice and guidance, including litigation services on all aspects of municipal law.

Kelly brings to the firm over fourteen years of trial experience in a broad array of areas, including professional liability, general liability, medical malpractice, construction litigation, business litigation and criminal law.
