Our turnaround time on standard equipment is about 1 week on clear and dark bronze anodized finishes, and 10-15 working days on painted finishes (depending on color match requirements). We provide top of the line packaging to secure your order. We have many manufacturers available, including: Stanley, Besam, and Horton, to name a few. Not only do we provide replacement door panels, we can provide the replacement parts as well.

Selected to protect more than 1,500 patient room doors across the nation, Top Door Alarm® provides medical staff continuous detection and notification of suicide attempts when a door is used as a ligature point. State-of-the-art photoelectric sensor technology, available for both the top and bottom of the door, recognizes presence before pressure is ever applied to the door, allowing for a life-saving proactive emergency response. Designed for both new facilities or existing retrofits, on conventional or pivot hinge applications, Top Door Alarm® can design a solution specific to meet your needs.

Anytime you purchase a rebuilt part from us you will owe a core exchange back to Door Controls. Having the cores returned to us allows us to continue to provide rebuilt parts to all our customers like you at a discounted price.

It’s not uncommon for a company to boast about its commitment to customer service. What is uncommon is to find one that actually honors that commitment – day in and day out, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For over forty years, our singular focus has been servicing our customers in the same manner we wish to be serviced: timely, competently, and fairly. That mantra has helped make us what we are today: the largest independent service provider in the southeast, as well as the largest re-manufacturer of door parts in North America.
