Joseph J. Probst earned a B.S. in Bioengineering from Clemson University, magna cum laude, with a concentration in Bioelectrical Engineering, and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, high honors. In law school, Joseph interned with the Honorable Randall R. Rader, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and was selected as a Washington State Bar Association Intellectual Property Section Scholarship Award Winner.

• Julian has experience in virtually all facets of intellectual property law and practice. Much of his practice is now devoted to appearing in patent litigations as an expert witness on patent law issues.

• Joseph has patent experience in technical fields such as electric motor control systems, capacitor chips, advanced metering infrastructure, image stitching, computer vision, and the manufacture of semiconductor wafers, thermoplastic moldings, and fuel cell catalysts.
