Founded in 1991, the Dorsch Gallery has presented a wide range of exhibitions, stretching the viewers definition of what a gallery should be. The Dorsch Gallery represents South Florida artists who work in sculpture, painting, sound art, new media and performance. The gallery has also hosted many cultural events such as film festivals, concerts, and dance performances. The result is an atmosphere that brings together ideas from the wide variety of arts available in South Florida, nurtures the conceptual and aesthetic development of its artists, and offers a glimpse of diversity to its visitors.
