Matt Farmer is Chief Technology Officer for Dot Command Center. Matt has over 15 years of IT experience ranging from networking and systems administration to large scale ERP implementations. He provides technical architecture for internal and client facing needs. For the past 10 years, he has focused on delivering large scale SAP implementations for clients in the Utilities, Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, Railway, and Life Sciences. Prior to working with SAP, Matt provided support for top tier Internet and Data Center service provider.

Dot command center offers network monitoring for all our clients. It is undoutable the most important service we provide at a very inexpensive price. The goal is simple. Minimize your downtime. Often a network or a segment of a network will go down during the night. By 4:30 a.m. we are analyzing what is down and proactively working to resolve the issue. 95% of the time, we have the network operational before the start of the business day resulting in zero loss of porductivity for our clients.
