Established in 1985 by Gary Dahl, Double D Express began as a small company with only 3 drivers and one office worker. Since then, Double D Express has grown into a major transportation service, with over 200 employees and 650,000 square feet of warehouse space - and we are still growing! After many years of dedication to his company, Gary Dahl recently handed the company to it's employees, making Double D Express an employee owned company (ESOP) on January 1st, 2006. Today, our customers want more than reliability and affordability. They want someone to count on to meet and exceed their shipping and transportation needs.
