This company was established to fulfill a void. As a property owner, we felt services offered by existing management service companies to be over priced and offering minimal services. With extensive Military ties, we were constantly being asked by service personnel with orders to be transferred out of state, to manage their property. Our goal is to offer quality management at a fair and consistent fee. Doud Realty Services, Inc. has over 12 years of experience in Residential property management.

About US Our team has over 12 years of experience in residential property management. We have a much different approach to managing residential rental property then most Property Management Companies do because of personal experience of managing our own rental dwelling units. Our team knows what it is like to have to pay the mortgage whether or not a tenant is in the property.

We provide timely Legal Proceedings (if necessary), Five day notices, unlawful detainers, court proceedings and evictions at a reduced rate to you. We also provide positive and negative credit reporting to Experian Rent Bureau.

We provide the owner with detailed monthly account Statements, showing all income and all payments made for the proeprty, as well as Year-end statements and IRS 1099.
