As the commercial law paralegal, Colleen handles the collections for both our clients and the office. She also assists with Mechanic’s Lien issues and rent and possession cases. Colleen worked at DHH from 1990-2004 when she left to pursue personal interests. We were thrilled to welcome her back in 2010. She loves continually learning new aspects of the law. She has two daughters and four delightful grandchildren. When she married her husband Jerry, she got to claim his three grandchildren too. Raising Yorkshire terrier dogs is a hobby that Colleen has enjoyed for over 20 years.

Ruth Medley — Firm Administrator Ruth has been with the law firm since 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University with a degree in Information Systems Management and Business Management. She has a diverse background including technology, management, and customer service. Ruth serves the firm as the business manager and also supervises the staff of the law firm. Her knowledge and experience enables her to provide client satisfaction in all business processes of the firm.Ruth enjoys reading, traveling, golf, and spending time with her family.
