For nearly 50 years, Douglas has provided customers with high-quality automated packaging solutions for paperboard, corrugated, and shrink-film. We specialize in the design and manufacture of case and tray packers, shrink wrap systems, cartoners and sleevers. Based in Alexandria, Minnesota, Douglas is an employee-owned company that has installed more than 7,000 machines in 30 countries. As a 100% employee-owned company, we are empowered to make decisions, take educated and calculated risks and do what we feel is right to best serve our customers.

Douglas’ Regional Technical Support program was established in 1998 to provide local and immediate support by strategically locating technical support technicians.
