Description
We are a third party general contractor, serving individual clients and large developers alike, in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Over the course of our 30 years in business, we have built hotels, restaurants and other facilities. However our specialty - the kind of work where we cannot be outdone - is the construction of larger high-density, urban in-fill apartment projects. We typically build three or four levels of wood frame buildings on a post-tension podium slab over one or two levels of underground parking. More recently, we have partnered with ConXtech (see "Projects"), a firm that has developed a steel building system using mass customized components for residential mid to high-rise application. The system is superior seismically, shortens the construction schedule and allows for eight to ten stories on the same podium slab that used to be limited to four.
