Dr. Fresh is currently seeking the following in-house, full-time positions. As part of our Research and Development Department, the Market Research Analyst is responsible for selecting suppliers and managing production from inception to delivery. That is, our design department develops the prototype and the key function is to convey this to the overseas manufacturers and to overseas production business partners from design/inception, to development of the prototype, and ultimately to acceptance and delivery of products to market. Identify, develop, and evaluate new products, based on knowledge of employer's objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. May occasionally formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products. Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging. Monitor supplied product offerings for conformity with catalogue offerings. Compile lists describing product offerings. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Represent employer at trade or special production shows. REQUIREMENTS Requires a Master's Degree in Marketing or French and 1year of experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or French and 5 years of experience, or any reasonable combination of education, training or experience thereof. Experience can be progressive. No less than a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience is acceptable.
