Description

I am an Actress, Certified Life Coach, and a Presentation Skills Trainer. My career began in acting, with the love of the stage. Over the years, this love has been transformed into work as a presentation skills trainer and a coach. I began to lead presentation skills workshops because it made me crazy that the people I was networking with hated to get up and speak about their business, speak about themselves. I knew I had to do something to help them understand that speaking in front of others doesn’t have to be painful; it can be a lot of fun and a very effective and necessary marketing tool. I make it my mission to provide workshops that are entertaining, and thought-provoking. I provide tools and skills that are easily applied. Approaching this work as an actor takes the trainings to a whole new level. I teach my clients the secrets that only actors know. As a coach, helping others define and communicate their message brings me so much joy. My clients step up and out on the stage of their lives and business. My stage is a little bit smaller these years, but just as exciting and fulfilling. I get to watch as my clients learn to shine, as they learn to lead, and as they learn to step into their own power. Their reflection is beautiful. I am also proud to be mother to beautiful Isabella, and wife to my wonderful husband, Larry Fernandes. Life is good when you are doing the things that you love. I grew up in Montreal, Quebec and did my undergraduate studies at McGill University. I received a B.A. in English/Drama, and graduated with Honors Graduate Studies were pursued in Toronto, Ontario in Expressive Arts Therapy. My Corporate Facilitation skills were honed with Focus Management Group in Toronto and then Powersuasion, Inc. in Chicago, and As a Certified Professional Life Coach, I studied with The Coaches Training Institute which is based in California.
