We are a business that recently requested services from you guys and I could not be more pleased. I called Drawdy's as a second opinion to our usual contractor and even after I called the problem in as the first company had diagnosed it and you guys went to the trouble to order the part, sight unseen, your technician Evan was honest and professional enough to inform me that our actual problem was something other that the original diagnosis from the other company. He could have easily made the uneccesary repair in addition to the correct repair and we may have never known.
