Over many years, DDRH has developed significant experience in working with health care organizations and providers to develop clinically integrated networks and other legal vehicles to align the clinical and financial interest of health care providers, such as hospitals and physicians. DDRH has worked with hospitals and physicians to find mutually advantageous solutions to physician employment issues, and has negotiated numerous employment and other compensation arrangements for both health care organizations and providers.

Much of DDRH’s practice is dedicated to providing our clients with broad-based, in-depth industry knowledge and legal capabilities in the highly specialized area of oil and gas law. The firm’s experience in this area is broad and deep and runs the entire life-cycle of a drilling project including drilling and spacing applications, leases and surface disturbance agreements, mineral title, contracts, employment matters, environmental issues and mineral taxation.

Greg has worked all over Wyoming and is well known for providing a high level of client service and being a pleasure to work with.

Nick Healey has 14 years of experience representing and advising a wide variety of businesses in both Wyoming and Oklahoma.
