Lakeside cere monies can be organized by The Dream-Maker® at the water’s edge, keeping the entire event extremely intimate. Mother Nature quietly offers her flawless and perfect gift to the wedding couple... a backdrop of silver, granite boulders with sparkling, sapphire skies blending into crystal, blue waters. Hence, the Native American Pauite name given to our area means Da’aow, "Lake In The Sky". These weddings can be performed year-round. Our entire Dream-Maker® staff could impeccably custom design your outdoor wedding and attend to all the special details imaginable... even down to locking in on that perfect tee off time for the groom and groomsmen at one of Tahoe’s incredible golf courses, while the bride and bridesmaids relax before the wedding on a private yacht or boat cruise, including a completely catered luncheon. Lakeside weddings officiated by one of The Dream-Maker’s six, non-denominational celebrants (wedding officiates or ministers) can take place right on a Tahoe beach, perhaps at sunset, or, in a panoramic, lake view, cathedral-beamed ceiling living room of a lake shore property.

The Dream-Maker® looks forward to honoring that joy, to serving the wedding couple, you, on the most important day of your lives, by providing exquisite service, talent and cherished privacy.

Accommodations Accommodations/Lodging is also one of our specialties. The Dream-Maker® can assist the bride, groom and wedding party, as well as all guests with a wide variety of the very best in accommodations. Our twenty-four years of experience and advanced networking affords us the unique position from which to locate premiere properties… from one bedroom studios, rustic cabins all the way up to private homes with panoramic, lake views. Many Dream-Maker® clients love condos on the water with boating access. Other clients are attracted to our contemporary homes located right on the golf course! Generally, rates ($150.00 -$1850/night) are seasonal and the above units (based on availability) usually require a two to five night minimum stay. Units can sleep from two to approximately twenty individuals. If also needed, room blocks of ten rooms or more can be set up at hotels in the local area.

Where do we even begin to express how magical our wedding was, thanks to you all! Each and every one of you went above and beyond to ensure our special day would be filled with magical moments to be cherished forever. Wes and I have lived the fairy tale romance and dreamed of a ceremony to represent our unique relationship. You certainly took our desires and requests to heart making the entire event feel like a fairy tale.

Our special treatment didn't end with the ceremony! You offered us the whole experience complete with photo shoot after the ceremony (we felt like models), a charming video tape with our special songs included, recommendations for honeymoon accommodations, and insight into the many sites and wonders of Lake Tahoe. We have already watched the video several times and plan to take it on the road to friends and family who could not join us on the mountain top.
