Our client, a well-established and highly respected non-profit Senior Housing provider, is seeking an experienced operations executive to oversee a portfolio of 7 properties in California. The organization has a history of providing outstanding care and service, as reflected in their staff stability and high resident satisfaction scores, as is looking to add additional locations within the state. The Chief Operating Officer will participate in the development and execution of the growth strategy, in conjunction with the Vice President of Development & Acquisitions and the CEO.
