Drytech Incorporated has been a manufacturer of total moisture control and air purification systems for the Aerospace & Defense industries for over 20 years. With our extensive knowledge and expertise within this field, we have successfully developed a robust product line for various industries, where controlling moisture and particulate is a concern. Our products range from simple disposable desiccant breathers , desiccant bags, transformer breathers , gearbox breathers, to high end Self Regenerating Filtration Systems (SRFS™) and custom tailored solutions for customer applications.

With the advent of the aerospace and defense industries drive for life cycle cost savings, Drytech is pursuing cutting edge and combination technologies to provide longer life desiccant systems. One of these technologies is in a self regenerating filter system. Drytech recognizes the need to provide a self regenerating filter solution for pneumatic precision weapons release applications, replacing the older pyrotechnic technolgy. Currently Drytech provides molecular sieve filters that dry high pressure compressed air/gas (up to 6000 psi) to a purity level of below 15 ppmv (-62°cdp).

Lessons can be learned from the Aerospace & Defense industry where the use of Silica Gel desiccants stopped over 30 years ago in leiu of newer higher performing desiccants. Drytech Incorporated has been these desiccants for the aerospace & defense industries for over 20 years and has recently launched a new line of commercial products using this technology.

Drytech designs and manufactures a range of pipeline dryers or in line dehydrator cartridges that are used for purifying and drying ECS/engine bleed air for waveguide pressurization. These inline filters can also be used in specialized compressed air or gas systems. Typical effluent dew points achieved are < -65 °C DP. By selection of different types of zeolites, other contaminants can be removed as well as moisture vapor.
