Responsibilities: Our client, a leading global private equity firm focused on management buyouts and recapitalizations of middle market companies as well as growth companies, is currently investing its most recent fund of over $1 billion.

The ideal Manager will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Money Market and Foreign Exchange processing as well as strong experience in department management. Knowledge of Money Market Instruments and Cash Management Products (ACH, Lockbox, Control Disbursement etc…) is critical, as is strong knowledge of regulations and compliance programs including BSA and the Patriot act.

We are currently engaged in a search for a managing director with a proven track record of working with talented management teams and entrepreneurs to build companies of significant value.
