David started DuBose Custom Homes in 2002. He has had a lifelong passion for real estate development, and has been remodeling homes since 1990. David has trade experience in carpentry and framing and has refined his many years of hands-on experience into a thorough knowledge of construction techniques and practices. David is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is a licensed realtor in North Carolina and has a detailed knowledge of local neighborhoods and real estate values.
