Our Process Dubow Textile's ability to create a new generation of high-quality, versatile decorated apparel starts with a solid process. Dubow's production process has been developed and proven over nearly two decades in the industry. It is a reflection of countless hours of process analysis and the incorporation of a series of proprietary software programs. Dubow has built a paperless production system to meet the needs and request of our customers and provide an efficient process that keeps them informed from the moment they place an order until it is received.

DMS - Dubow Management System Dubow Management System, also known as DMS, is Dubow Textile's proprietary software, custom built to manage all aspects of a contract decorating operation, fulfillment center and more. We analyzed every department and how it functions, based on our customers needs to create the ultimate management tool. As the system was being built, we went straight to the experts in each department, to make sure we incorporated everything possible to streamline their process flow. We listened closely to what our customers needs were, and incorporated their ideas into the system.

Since then, Rob has propelled Dubow Textile to one of the largest garment decorators in the Upper Midwest and the only to provide a comprehensive line of garment, fulfillment and technology services. Through his vision and leadership in strategic planning, Dubow Textile offers its customers cutting edge technology in both the physical processing of their order and computerized tracking.
