Duda|Paine Architects was founded in 1997 on the complementary strengths and over thirty-year working relationship of Turan Duda, FAIA, and Jeffrey Paine, AIA, who together spent nearly two decades at Cesar Pelli & Associates. The duo brings a dynamic melding of poetic, artful design and practical, reality based solutions to the most challenging building projects.

Darren Lathan is experienced in directing and managing award-winning architectural design locally, nationally, and internationally. His professional experience includes leading multi-faceted design teams, managing complex building programs, and delivering large urban projects - all on-time, on-budget, and on-vision. His expertise is evident through his personal relationships with clients, his effective presentations to stakeholders, his sustainable building sensibilities, and his ability to maintain the conceptual vision and integrity of a project involving multiple design disciplines.
