With over a decade of experience in public utilities law, administrative law, and policy and litigation, Mark has a broad range of experience in utility matters from rate cases to renewable energy to the extension of utility service. He has represented transportation companies, electric and telecommunications utilities, and electric and gas customers in a variety of litigated and policymaking proceedings before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.

Justice & Mercy Legal Aid Clinic and Legal Aid (JAMLAC) Founded in 2006, JAMLAC has become a safe and confidential resource for victims of daily hardship and cruelty. Full-time attorneys, paralegals, interns, and volunteers manage approximately 50 active cases each week. The primary goal of the JAMLAC staff is to provide holistic support to the impoverished people within the Denver Metro community. JAMLAC partners with various organizations that focus their effort on the homeless and those in danger of becoming homeless. Dufford & Brown has partnered with JAMLAC for several years.

We have valuable experience representing common interest communities and homeowner associations throughout Colorado and have assisted associations facing legal issues from routine corporate governance matters to complex business transactions.
