David Duhigg J.D. David Duhigg has been a New Mexico Trial Lawyer since 1977. He has conducted a trial practice emphasizing personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, and consumer law. He is a past president of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. Frank Spring J.D. Ph.D. Frank L. Spring, PhD, JD, practices in the areas of professional negligence (including medical, lawyer, and psychotherapists negligence), personal injury, administrative law (representing mental health professionals and physicians before New Mexico Licensing boards), and he serves as guardian as litem for children involved in family court cases. He has been licensed as a psychologist in New Mexico since 1976, having received his doctor of Philosophy from Washington University on St. Louis in 1974. His training included an American Psychological Association-approved internship at the University of Washington school of Medicine in Seattle, Washington. He graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in December, 1979 and was admitted to the New Mexico bar in April, 1980. David Berlin J.D. David M. Berlin is the managing partner of the law firm of Duhigg, Cronin, Spring, Berlin, P.A., in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he practices in the areas of medical negligence, insurance law, and other personal injury law. Mr. Berlin received a B.S. Degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree, Cum Laude, from New York Law School. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York, Texas and New Mexico State Bars, as well as a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers, Texas Trial Lawyers and American Association for Justice. David sits on the Board of Directors for the Center for Civic Values, an organization dedicated to providing law related education to the public and also is a member of the IOLTA Grant Committee. David has served on the Board of Bar Commissioners sine 2003 where he has chaired several key committees. In addition, he is the attorney coach for the Cibola High School Mock Trial Team and has been involved in the Competition in various forms since 1988. Nancy Cronin J.D. Nancy Cronin is a partner in the law firm of Duhigg, Cronin, Spring, Berlin, P.A., in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she practices in the areas of personal injury, medical negligence, insurance law, Social Security disability, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injuries. Ms. Cronin received her B.S. Degree from the University of San Diego and her J.D. Degree from Oklahoma City University. She is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the board of Directors of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and has been representing injured victims exclusively since 1994, She has brought a case to the New Mexico Supreme Court and has been a member of the Children, Youth & Families Committee regarding day care.
