Founded in 1947, Dustex began as a designer and manufacturer of high efficiency cyclonic separators for the food processing industry. During the following decade, the company developed a line of dry fabric filters and marketed them throughout North America. By the 1960’s, Dustex had become established as the industry leader in the design and manufacture of fully portable reverse air dust collection equipment for the asphalt and related aggregate industries. Today, Dustex has evolved into a full-service designer and manufacturer of product recovery, air pollution control equipment and systems with unparalleled in-house engineering expertise. Dustex provides stand-alone flange-to-flange dust collectors of all sizes and types, as well as complete air pollution control systems to a wide variety of industrial users. We have developed a reputation for handling some of the more difficult applications for which many of our competitors have neither the technology nor the desire to take on.
