Description

Dutchess Outreach was started in 1974 in the Trinity United Methodist Church as the Neighborhood Outreach and Discovery Program providing advocacy and referrals to meet both temporary and long-term needs. Mary Keeley was the first director. When Community Development funding was received in 1976, it became the Satellite Citizen Center.
