At an early age, Dwayne began to discover the principles of hard work, perseverance, discipline, patience and faith. By applying these principles to his life, he began to tap into the unlimited power lying within. After receiving a four-year academic scholarship to Florida International University (FIU), Dwayne began speaking to high school students, initially serving as a mentor and role model. Upon graduation, he received notoriety for his motivational messages to students and by serving as the keynote speaker for a number of civic organizations. Dwayne's unique hands-on style approach to motivating an audience is highly interactive and has received overwhelming positive responses throughout his presentations. With a dual degree in Finance and International Business from FIU, Dwayne embarked on a sales career with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, Inc. While managing a multimillion dollar territory with Johnson & Johnson, Dwayne continued to serve as a public school role model in the Detroit, St. Louis, and Chicago public school systems.
