For more than ten years Dyad Systems has worked with pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, medical device companies from venture backed start-ups, to publically traded large global companies. Our projects have spanned all phases of the clinical trial spectrum. Our services have included consulting, data management, monitoring, statistical support, protocol design and custom developed solutions.

A leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium diagnostics products, medical imaging systems and surgical products, with a specialization in Women’s Health, needed assistance with a Pivotal Study. Dyad was contacted to provide project execution services to a high profile, first of it’s kind Class III device. This game changing 3 year Pivotal Study for a cancer screening diagnostic system involved 22 U.S. sites and over 3,500 subjects. Due to the large size of the study, Dyad provided services including Lead CRA project leadership, site initiation, monitoring, and closeout.

Contrary to popular sentiment, we do not see monitoring as a stepping stone or training ground for other career paths. All Dyad monitors have a minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience that must include 5 years of clinical monitoring. Most hold advanced certifications. We hand-pick monitors for each of our projects to ensure the right fit which involves matching therapeutic expertise, previous site relationships, and communication styles. As a result, one of the things you’ll notice with our monitoring teams is the lack of turnover.

Through our strong foundation in project management and emphasis on quality, it was obvious to our clients that we brought discipline to the entire spectrum of the clinical trial process. Because of our strong commitment to our clients, we began offering a larger spectrum of CRO services in 2005 as we added monitoring, protocol design, and statistical support capabilities.
