Mr. William Dye is the president and founder of DMG. A former state budget and planning director, he has over twenty-eight years of experience assessing the management, technology, and policy needs of the public sector and meeting those objectives with proven, cutting-edge solutions. Mr. Dye has worked with more than one hundred state, federal, and local government agencies to help improve their business and technology directions. As president, he ensures that our work meets and exceeds industry standards and our clients’ goals.

From DMG's start serving the Pacific Northwest, our practice has grown to include clients in most states and in several countries. As our practice has grown, so has our reach?from our headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, we’ve expanded nationwide, with field-based consultants in California, Florida, Virginia, Louisiana, Maryland, and Canada.

Mr. Rob Zilay leads DMG’s maintenance and asset management practice. He brings more than fifteen years of experience working as a project leader and functional specialist on large-scale business improvement and technology projects. For the last six years, Mr. Zilay has been focused on helping state DOT maintenance and asset management programs bring about major business change through improvements to business processes, practices, and technology.
