Mr. Zatkos brings 24 years of valuable experience in the collection and recovery industry to our team. He has held various senior level positions at Honor Creditors Agency, Inc. and GC Services. Mr. Zatkos has acquired diverse operational and strategic collection knowledge within all segments of the industry inclusive of auto deficiency, mortgage, commercial, bankcard, and consumer lending. Mr. Zatkos has spent the last 13 years in dedicated service to Dynamic Recovery Services, Inc. as Sr. Vice President.

Mr. Shade brings 30 years of experience in the collection and recovery industry to our company. He has held various senior level positions at Honor Creditors Agency, Inc. and Commercial Recovery Systems. His last 13 years have been dedicated to Dynamic Recovery Services, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and has been President since 2005.
