When we founded E-Billing Solutions in September 2000, we decided chiropractors and psychotherapists would be good prospective clients because they often do not have office staff and therefore do the billing themselves. We concentrated our training on these two fields and began to develop our bailiwick. Our mission statement was simple: help doctors improve their cash flow, and do it in a way that works for them. We started by learning the needs and preferences of each doctor with which we worked. We customized our services into packages that met these needs and preferences. We continue this same practice today. As we grew, we had the opportunity to work with fields of medicine outside of these areas. We declined. We decided to stay the course and, as a result, have become masters of our domain. Why introduce Virtual Biller? While we found success helping smaller practices of one and two doctors, we discovered that medium to large-sized practices had different needs. So in the spirit of customizing our services to meet the needs of the client, we created the Virtual Biller.
