E-Rate Strategies, LLC was formed in 2003 and has built a strong reputation in New England as a leading provider of E-Rate support services to schools and libraries. E-Rate Strategies is a vendor neutral, for-profit company that offers E-Rate application support to schools, school districts, and libraries nationwide. Jill Leavenworth, President of E-Rate Strategies, has been working with the E-Rate program since it's inception in 1997. The E-Rate program makes unique demands upon applicants. It is important that every applicant for E-Rate funding be knowledgeable about the technology expenses eligible for reimbursement under program rules. E-Rate Strategies brings over 30 years of telecommunications and technology expertise to every application it prepares, protecting its clients from errors that could cost a school district or library critical funding. E-Rate strategies has been consulted by E-Rate program officers regarding the implementation of program policies and regulations, and Jill has been invited to New Jersey & Washington D.C. to make recommendations regarding the expanding role of consultants in the program.
