As an example, we have assisted the Department of the Navy with building their Hazardous Waste Management Program and Stormwater Management Program. Founded in 2010, E3 Engineering and Consulting, Inc. is a woman-owned, DBE certified small business in the State of California that carries all necessary professional, general liability and workers compensation insurance. We are composed of senior scientists and engineers who have worked together for decades addressing complex scientific and engineering projects. More importantly, E3 is based on a foundation of process integration. The integrated project methodology approach ensures that we are in alignment with our clients values, goals, and objectives.

E3 Engineering & Consulting, Inc. ® staff has extensive experience in planning and implementing soil and groundwater investigations at contaminated sites. We identify and quantify the type, media, and distribution of contaminants, the pathways for their migration, and their rate of migration under natural and altered conditions.

This is accomplished through rigorous application of project management principles, and vigilant execution of our Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. Lucreatria Holloway , President, provides seamless integration of engineering and environmental concerns. She has more than twenty years experience in the environmental arena working with large programs while at the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest.
