From wind prospecting and preliminary assessments to comprehensive and detailed "bankable" reports, we provide it all. We use a variety of sophisticated computer tools to perform wind resource and energy assessments, including WindPRO and WAsP. We have experience in all types of terrain, from simple to complex.

Jay manages the Civil/Structural Department of EAPC, as well as working as a project engineer to provide civil and structural engineering design services for industrial, commercial, and civic/public facilities. Jay has been actively engaged in the Wind Energy industry for over 10 years by providing foundation designs for over 20 small (less than 10MW) utility-scale wind turbine generator projects, as well as the civil works for access roads and related site construction.

We knew then, and we know now, that if we provide our clients with service and expertise that can’t be found anywhere else, our business will prosper. Today, we are a regional Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting firm with seven locations in three states. Our team of experts covers Architecture and all disciplines within the Engineering field, as well as Wind Energy, Industrial Services, Construction Management, and Interior Design. At EAPC we believe that our environment, both the natural and the built, profoundly affect us all.

Pine River-Backus Schools enjoyed working with EAPC as we designed and constructed our state-of-the-art independent study area leaning center. EAPC architect, Dave Larson, was attentive to teacher, administration and student needs. The end result is a building that enhances our school pride and student achievement. Dave and his associates responded regularly to District questions and uncertainties and alleviated all anxiety and questions. The building today stands as a tribute to our students’ efforts and is an effective and pleasant learning environment.

The team from EAPC was personable, accommodating and professional. They took all my opinions and wish list and created a building to meet our needs. The building both inside and outside exceeded our expectations! We have received so many compliments from the neighbors, other local businesses and those attending our program. I so appreciated how quickly they responded to any questions or concerns that I presented. I would barely get an email off and they were calling me to follow up.
