Pani has worked in Industry for more than 45 years in various capacities in the fields of accounting and finance in local as well as multinational companies, in sectors ranging from ship and shipyard management, newspaper publishing, courier services and petroleum exploration. He has led the internal audit, legal and quality control departments in NTUC Income, the largest insurance cooperative in Singapore. He was also a financial controller for a leading global courier company at the international airport hub of Singapore and a legal accountant for Sedco Forex, a multinational oil rig company.

Trained as an engineer, initially, Sanket started his career with Tata Motors as a Sales Manager. After his higher studies in Europe, Sanket worked on international corporate development and strategy projects. Sanket has accumulated first-hand experience in the field of building materials, by virtue of his stint with a global major and he had prepared the entry strategy into the Indian market, for that firm.
