Description

EEAC is the nation’s largest nonprofit association of employers dedicated exclusively to the advancement of practical and effective programs to eliminate workplace discrimination. Founded in 1976, EEAC’s membership now includes more than 330 of the nation’s largest and most progressive private-sector companies, whose in-house personnel rely on our staff of experienced attorneys and compliance professionals to help them meet their EEO and affirmative action compliance obligations.Membership is corporate, meaning that anyone employed by a member company is eligible to benefit from EEAC's wide array of member services. Member services include weekly memoranda that provide practical analysis and guidance on current developments that affect corporate EEO, affirmative action, and diversity efforts. Complementing the memos, our staff experts are also available to confer with you directly whenever you might have a question or need more information on an EEO-related issue. In addition to regular membership meetings and specialized "Forums" aimed at in-house counsel and senior EEO executives, EEAC offers a complete EEO training curriculum, ranging from a basic EEO law course to courses on developing an AAP, managing an OFCCP compliance review, investigating EEO charges and conducting compensation analyses. Each course includes a stand-alone resource manual prepared by EEAC's staff experts. We also reach out to members with our "web-workshops," which allow us to present practical guidance on breaking issues when they occur.
