EIT LLC (Electronic Instrumentation and Technology) was founded in 1977 with the belief that our customers would benefit if we supported our manufacturing team with a strong engineering team. Considered revolutionary in 1977, this belief and approach continues to guide us today. We’ve changed and evolved, and will continue to do so as technology changes, but we will remain committed to supporting our customers’ needs with a strong engineering team.

EIT Customer Service starts with understanding customer expectations and requirements before the build is started. Service is coordinated through the EIT Project Manager (PM), utilizing the knowledge and resources of our production, quality, engineering, purchasing and management staff. We encourage regular meetings to discuss delivery & quality metrics as well as look at ways to better work and serve our customers.

Transitioning assemblies from the initial concept and design phase to the production phase often requires the building of prototypes. EIT’s Engineering Group works closely with our customers on prototype builds to not only deliver needed units but to also look ahead to assess what is needed to move the assembly to production. Often times, EIT can identify and help resolve potential design, documentation, manufacturing, testing, assembly and packaging challenges during a prototype build.
