About EPSScentral LLC was founded in 2001 by performance support thought leader Gary J. Dickelman. As a member of the original Performance Support Leadership Council founded by Gloria Gery in 1991, Gary focused on developing quality methodologies with an emphasis on realtime process improvement to complement reference, learning, knowledge and human dimensions of the practice. Throughout the 1990s he participated in 19 enterprise business process re-engineering (BPR) projects, which provided a foundation for the process dimension of PCD. In addition to BPR projects, he served on Aetna Life & Casualty's Usability Team and Learning Technologies group. Gary also managed the Business Systems department for BNA, Inc. of Washington, DC.
