For over 25 years ERS Group has provided Federal Government Clients with research, analysis, testimony and project management, including contracts management, for litigation and consulting. ERS Group economists have provided damage estimations for single-plaintiff matters, performed statistical analyses for employment class actions, and designed proactive self-monitoring studies. ERS Group experts possess broad experience with the data, policies and processes that are central to such investigations, including Federal pay and staffing (hiring, promotion) data and systems.

ERS Group's Affirmative Action Support experts have been preparing Affirmative Action Plans and supporting Title VII litigation for over 30 years. We produce over 600 separate Affirmative Action Plans annually and provide AAP services to contractors that have 50 employees and those who have over 30,000 employees. Our staff works with each client to assure that the AAP has the most accurate reflection of their employment policies and practices. Our goal is to create an AAP that is a management tool, not just placed on bookshelves waiting for an OFCCP audit.

We provide pre-audit analyses of HMDA and other data to institutions interested in anticipating the results of an audit of its lending practices. ERS Group's analyses identify potential problems for further review or more complex statistical analysis. Ready access to national Bureau of Census data and publicly available loan data in combination with our previous experience ensures that the conclusions we reach are statistically sound and reliable.
