E&D can help. We have more than 32 combined years of experience in the design and engineering of injection molded components and the tooling to produce them. Our engineering staff works with SolidWorks as well as several other programs and can easily work with your staff with drawings or models from nearly any software package.

Our team has more than 50 years of machining experience - in every facet of design and production of molds for vacuum and injection molding of thermoplastics, thermosetting polymers and liquid silicone. We are a team of experienced machinists and engineers, working with the latest and most advanced CNC machining centers and 3D design software.

E&D Engineering Systems was founded in 2003, and has quickly become a leader in mold building and machining for injection and vacuum plastic molding.

E&D Engineering has decades of experience in machining quality, precision tooling for injection, transfer and compression molding … and is a proven leader in engineering solutions for the most difficult mold-building challenges.

Our state-of-the-art machining centers can create prototype molds in aluminum, steel, wood or high-density polyurethane board (RenShape®) for short-run testing. We'll work with you to make necessary adjustments, and can then use the same CAD models to develop final steel molds.
