A Heartfelt Ode To Our Customers from the day we initially opened our doors back in 1967 The response from the dining-out public has been overwhelming That was 42 years ago - an automobile would be an antique Yet, at E & V Ristorante we are always striving to reach our peak The culinary requirements keep changing over the years We cannot be complacent when any new idea appears Do you recall when cholesterol was merely a word And several others like polyunsaturated had never been heard Traditional Italian cuisine has always been our priority Though in these days and times we keep creating variety Our menu selections have been enhanced now it's true Therefore we are proud to offer both old and new to you!
