Bart has arguably the most active environmental enforcement practice in South Carolina. Bart is uniquely suited to defend such cases, as he prosecuted both state and federal environmental matters during his time with the government. Bart also prosecuted and won a conviction at trial in the first federal criminal environmental case in South Carolina history. He has represented numerous companies and individuals in dozens of criminal and civil EPA and DHEC enforcement investigations over the years.

Bart has arguably the most active healthcare enforcement practice in South Carolina. He has represented numerous healthcare providers in dozens of criminal and civil enforcement investigations over the years. His clients have included hospitals, hospice care providers, nursing homes, durable medical equipment (DME) emergency service providers, doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. He has also represented CEOs, CFOs, and Board Chairmen of national as well as small healthcare providers. Bart has extensive experience in dealing with senior management and boards of directors.
