We provide recommendations and present a detailed estimate on the cost to complete the air conditioning or heating repair based on our stated hourly labor charge, the price of the parts to be used, and the sales tax on those parts. We believe that hiding costs is not in the best interest of our heating and cooling services customers.

In 1911 15-year old Elroy L. Payne dropped out of high school and left Lincoln, Nebraska to seek his fortune in Los Angeles, California. One year later he convinced his father to move with his mother and seven brothers and sisters to California. On July 4, 1914 Elroy and his Father opened up their sheet metal and plumbing shop in downtown Los Angeles and within a few short years were manufacturing gas-fired furnaces to be installed in homes throughout southern California. By 1933 Payne Furnace and Supply Company was the largest manufacturer of gas-fired furnaces in the western United States.
