Our Stress Skin Panels have been used for over 25 years by the Timber Frame Industry. Stress Skin Panels are constructed in the same manner as Integrated Structural Insulation Panels without the structural lumber, as the Frame itself provides the structure. Stress Skin Panels attach with mechanical fasteners to the frame and provide sheer strength for the structure.

Because the panel is preconstructed, labor at the job site is reduced along with the waste generated with on-site construction. Down-sizing the panel as needed at the site is easy and requires only a few special tools. Our company specializes in customer service and will make sure that a representative will be available to show you or your contractor how to assemble the system as part of your package if necessary.

Eagle Panel Systems also manufactures stress skin wall panels for the gable ends that provide exterior sheathing, insulation, studs (if required) and interior sheathing to continue the exceptional thermal efficiency found in the roof panels to the walls as well. Some people prefer to build an insulated log home using our structural insulated panels with an exterior of log siding that will provide you with a home that cannot be distinguisd from a log home with superior thermal performance and no settling or shrinkage to take into consideration.
