About Us Eagle Shadow Financial, LLC is a Denver, Colorado based insurance agency founded in 2006. Our agency has grown from a fledgling partnership of two brothers, Chad and Anthony Owen, to a nationwide retirement product insurance network with over 50 agents and a branch office in Austin, Texas. We specialize in retirement and asset protection.

The concept of life insurance ended with the Roman Empire until the British revived the concept in the 17th century and then brought the business to the American Colonies. The first life insurance company in America was founded in the Southern Colony of Charleston, South Carolina in the year 1735.
